He was predeceased by: his father Billie King; his son Dorian; and his brother Richie Reiter. He is survived by: his mother Bette Dowell II (Ballard); his daughter Alisa Dowell; his grandson Jonah Dowell; his siblings, Kathy Pulera, Roger Reiter (Sherry), David Dowell and Billie Dowell III; and his aunt Phyllis Brandt.
