He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosa Ann Pauly and Matts Sondag; his wife Mary Alice Pulver; his siblings, Ralph, Leonard, Raymond, Catherine and Cecilia; his children, Joanne, McCaulley and Robert "Bob" Sondag; and his sons-in-law, Mike Durst and Walt McCaulley.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Tracy Bermel (John), Jeff Durst (Christine), Matt Durst (Melissa), Christen McKay (Johnny) and Erin McKenzie (Brett); and his daughter-in-law Valerie Sondag.
