She is survived by: her father Jerry Fitzgerald; her husband Robert Evans; her children, Dawna and Jerry; and her siblings, Shirley Rainbolt (Marty), Donna Smith (Curtis) and Patsy Peiffer. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
