He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank R. Meyer and Leonora A. Meyer (Hutchinson); his wife Kathleen Popp; and his sisters, MaryAnn Mercier and Florence Elsbecker.
He is survived by: his children, Darla Meyer of Armstrong, Colleen Denker (Adam) of Lone Rock and Jeffrey Meyer (Princess) of Sioux Falls; his grandchildren, Cole, Matthew, Austin, Allison, Miles, Carly and McKenzie Denker; and his siblings, Lola Sousa, Maxine Antoine, Joanita Weber (Bob), Geraldine Elsbecker (Phil), Leroy Meyer (Carol) and Phillip Meyer (Dixie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
