We are sad to announce that on January 22, 2021, at the age of 78, Penny K. Palmer of Estherville, Iowa, born in Yankton, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, B. W. Joslyn and Naomi Joslyn (Krenn); and her daughter Leslie N. Duncan. She is survived by: her former spouses, Peter A. Ring and Harvard Duncan; her children, Aimee A. Palmer and Ryan J. Duncan; her husband William Palmer; her daughters, Tammera L. Ring-Gjerde, Deaun R. DeLeva and Janet Heidebrecht; her grandchildren, Kristine Coffield, Derrick Heidebrecht, Matthew Palmer, William Babb and Skyla Babb; her great grandchildren, Lilly Coffield, Ethan Heidebrecht, Evan Coffield, Noah Heidebrecht, Khole Heidebrecht, Nathan Coffield and Tobey Heidebrecht; and also Janet Heidebrecht.
A memorial has been established to benefit the Western Hills Humane Society in Spearfish.
