He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Howard of Victoria, David Howard (Kathy Jo) of Estherville, Ronnie Howard (Vickie) of Johnston, Kenny Howard (Julie) of River Hills, Lyle Howard (Katrina) of Spencer and Melinda Miller (Adam) of Woodridge, Illinois; and his sister Delores Kesler of Estherville.
In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials.
