He is survived by: his wife Patricia Sullivan; his daughter Jackie; his granddaughters, Jennifer Gade of Waterloo and Teresa Paulsen of Waterloo; his great grandchildren, Addison Paulsen and Cooper Paulsen; and his siblings, Merlin (Suzanne) of Pacific Junction, IA, Donald (Elsa) of Poplarville, MS, LuCretia (Dennis) of Wellston, MI and Ruth (Butch) of Estherville.
