It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Wiant (Estherville, Iowa), who passed away on December 29, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jean Wiant to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Knight and Irma Knight (Farquhar); her husband Harold A. Patrick; her former husband James A. Wiant; her stepson Rik Wiant; and her son Stephen Patrick.
She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Patrick; her stepchildren, Jon, Sally and Jim Wiant (Kathy); and her sister Peggy Sletta (Tom). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to First Presbyterian Church or Avera Holy Family Hospital.
