He is survived by: his parents, Albert Wood and Barbara Wood; his brother Jonathan Wood (Michelle); his niece Leigha Wood; his nephew Grant Wood; his uncle Jonathan Reid; his aunts, Patricia Gunderson, Judy Olson and Guynel Fox Reid; his cousin Maren Steensen (Scott); his children, Samuel, Kiersten, Aleisha Gottlund (Adam) and Erika Reid (Nathan Hopkins); his grandchildren, James, June, Katelyn Reid Avancena (Ben) and Jon-Erle Reid; and his pets, Dakota and Schrödinger.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Emmet County Animal Shelter.
