He is survived by: his children, Mike Cooklin of Bloomington, MN, Chris Cooklin of Harrisburg, SD and Jeff Cooklin of Estherville, IA; his grandchildren, Ashley Cooklin, Brandon Cooklin and Reese Radcliffe; and his great grandchildren, Jacob, Ally and Lexi. He is also survived by several niece and nephews along with sister in laws.
