He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Anna Dawson; his children, Margaret Ann Green and Dale Robert "Bob" Green (Nancy Wilson Green); his grandchildren, Amy Green Fletcher (Jeremy), Erick and Josh; his great grandchildren, Ben Green (Marie) and Annalies; his son-in-law Kirk Waggie; his daughter Lisa Waggie Dammon (Bill); his grandchildren, Emma, James Dammon, Aaron Waggie and Gabe Schiefman; his great grandchildren, Noah and Ava; his daughter Ruth Lynn Green; his grandson Matthew Moorberg (Amber Johnson Moorberg); his great grandchildren, Oliver and Leena; his grandchild Colby Moorberg (Stacy Schacherer Moorberg); his great grandchild Bernhard; his grandson Joe Moorberg (Katie Boechholt Moorberg); his great grandchild Preston; and his sister Beverly Green Nelson.
