He is survived by: his wife Dallas Petersen; his children, Jett of Estherville and Piper of Estherville; his siblings, Colleen Quastad of Wallingford, Jeff Quastad of Estherville, Kevin Quastad (Chris) of Estherville, Greg Quastad of Wallingford, Diann Minion (Mike Blomstrom) of Estherville, Dennis Quastad (Trisha) of Estherville and Joel Quastad of Estherville; and his parents-in-law, Dean and Vicki Petersen of Graettinger.
