She was predeceased by: her parents, Christopher Barkve and Myrtle Barkve (Barrick); and her half-brother Wilbur Barrick (Jean). She is survived by: her husband Dale F. Evans of Emmetsburg, Iowa; her children, Mark, Karla, Nichole Evans of Emmetsburg and David Lappe of Bancroft, Iowa; her grandchildren, Zach Foxhoven, Emma Foxhoven, Mason Foxhoven, Payton Evans, Dylan Lappe, Drew Lappe and Dawson Lappe; and her niece Jean Ringal (Richard) of Milford, Iowa. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
