He was predeceased by: his parents, William Drinovsky and Albina Drinovsky (Pecenka); and his brother-in-law Gaylord Henriksen. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Crees; his children, Doug Drinovsky (Wendy) of Hudson, Greg Drinovsky (Sue) of Topeka, KS and Andrea Rohrssen (Nate) of Cedar Rapids; his grandchildren, Zach Drinovsky (Emily), Corey Drinovsky (Stephanie), Alden Houston (Colleen), Nathan Drinovsky (Samantha), Sydney Drinovsky, Shawn Drinovsky (Amanda), Jordan Drinovsky, Ashley Drinovsky, Blake Drinovsky (Megan) and Allison Rohrssen; his great grandchildren, Savannah, Kennedy, Graham, Bryson and Annalise; and his siblings, Mary Lois Henriksen and John Drinovsky.
