She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Sylvester "Butch" Haverland and Velma "Vel" Haverland (Ziel); her husband David Bauer of Dubuque; her children, Todd Bauer (Tracey) of Dubuque, Jodi Smith (Jason) of Waukee, IA and Brad Bauer (Jody Sanborn) of Banner, WY; her grandchildren, Mariah Hoppman (Patrick), Sierra Bauer, Mia, Emma Smith and Kinley Mayer; her siblings, Wayne Haverland of Mesa, AZ, Richard "Dick" (Betty) of Dubuque, Robert "Bob" (Jan) of Dubuque and Terry "Louie" Haverland (Mary) of Dubuque; and her sister-in-law Joyce Haverland.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Resurrection School Building Fund.
