It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lee Ann Rupp of Dubuque, Iowa, who passed away on May 29, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Rogan and Roberta Rogan (Dare); her nephew Chuck Boxleiter; and her parents-in-law, Rose and Paul Rupp.
She is survived by: her sons, Noah Rupp of Dubuque, Elijah Rupp (Marissa Perez) of Dubuque and Jocquis Yates of Memphis, TN; and her siblings, Colleen Boxleiter (Jack) and John Rogan (Karen). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
