He is survived by: his wife Lynn Robinson; his children, Jason Kirby (Jami), Ryan Kirby (Amanda) and Noah Kirby; his former wife Dorothy Vogt; his daughter Kathy Hillhouse (Lonnie); his grandchildren, Hannah, Hope, Josh, John and Charlie Jo; his siblings, Larry Kirby (Rene), Sharon Bainbridge (Bob), Bob Kirby (Donna), Patty Kowalske and Mike Kirby (Carrie); and his sister-in-law Sherry Kirby. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
