He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Shelia Urban (Johnston); his children, Lynsey Ann Urban and Clark Urban Jr.; his grandson Asher Huseman; his brothers, Gary Urban (Sheri) of Lake City, MN and Jim Urban (Jan) of Kennewick, WA; his former wife Pam Ford; his father Gary "Pike" Urban; his sister Kim Urban Donnan; his caregivers, Charlene, Brandy and Sandy; and also Shelia Urban. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers a Clark Urban memorial fund will be established.
