He was predeceased by: his wife Alice Frett; his son Kevin; and his brothers, Jim and Russ. He is survived by: his sons, Steve Kurtz (Margie Dominguez-Kurtz) of Tucson and Mark Kurtz (Colleen) of DeWitt; his great grandchild Brady Horvath of Tucson; his brother William Kurtz of DeWitt; and his sister-in-law Eleanor Kurtz of Clinton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family for future dedication.
