She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice Mae (True) and Darwin Howe; her husband Keith Reichert; her siblings, Mickey Miller, Stephen and David "Pete" Howe; and her niece Lorie Miller.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kellene Ridgway, Kristin Etter (Scott), Karyn Downing (Brad) and Kimberly Bailey (Dwayne); her grandchildren, Andrew Ridgway (Lauren), Christopher Ridgway (Sophia), Samuel Ridgway (Maddy), Nicholas Etter (Maddie), Abby Peterson (Spencer), Michael Downing (Chekona), Mason Downing (Shelby), Macalister Downing (Diego), Emma Peffers (Tyler), Sierra Meyer (Dalton), Wyatt Bailey (Jenna) and Gunnar Bailey (Celia); her goddaughter Alison Kidder-Mostrom; and her sisters, Mary Lewiston and Ellen Mostrom (Paul). She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to West Des Moines Christian Church in Kitty's honor.
