He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Orrin Boltz and Ruth Ellen Boltz. He is survived by: his sister Darlene Boltz Hanes; his niece Tracey Ray Hughes; his nephew Tommy Ray; his great-nephews, Ben Hughes and Lucas Ray; his great-niece Camryn Hughes; and also Julian Rios.
