She is survived by: her son Joe Hayworth; her siblings, Paula Mae Reynolds, David Fegley (Cathie) and Paul Fegley, Jr. (Margo); and her nieces and nephews, Tonie Reynolds, Cathy Reynolds, Richard Reynolds, Jr., Natalie Cataldo (Marc) and Nicole Coffman (Terry). She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
