With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sally Ann Carstens (Denison, Iowa), who passed away on August 27, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Rosburg and Selma Rosburg (Rusch); her brothers, Vernie Rosburg, Duke Rosburg and Gale Carstens; her close friend Robert Heckmann; and her daughter-in-law Lynn Carstens.
She is survived by: her spouse Gale Carstens; her children, Teri Carstens of Atlanta, Dean Carstens (Rhonda) of Carroll, Kevin Carstens (Colleen) of Nashville and Curt Carstens (Dawnie) of Carroll; and her brother Edward Rosburg (Dorothy) of Englewood, Colorado. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
