He is survived by: his children, Dawn Picolet (Mark Sloan) of Davenport, IA and Wayne Howard (Virginia Tinthakit) of Vancouver, WA; his grandchildren, Randy Schutters II (Rebecca Vick) of Reynolds, IL, Richard Mull (Carter Martin) of Davenport, IA and Ryan Mull of Davenport, IA.; and his siblings, Les Howard, Bugs Howard, Charlotte Heizer and James Howard.
