He is survived by: his wife On Yon "Kim" France; his siblings, Shirley Toyne (Richard) and Ronald France (Arlene); his sons, Robert France, Jr. (Wendy) and John France (Marieta); his sister-in-law Chong Kim; his niece Yong Welch (Ashley); his nephews, Chae Kim (Susan) and Jason Kim; his grandchildren, Tim Walsh (Danielle), Jomarie Lunn (Matthew), Jamie Conti (James) and Todd France; and his pets, Molly and Daisy. He is also survived by his great grandchildren, and many loving nieces, nephews.
