She is survived by: her husband Greg Chapman; her aunt Amana; her children, Cassie Whiting (Wade), Josh Chapman (Jill), Christopher Chapman and LeClaire; her grandchildren, Rylie, Wilhelmine, Ella, Freya, Addison and Arabella; her mother Anita McDonald; and her siblings, Anthony McDonald (Lisa) of Thornton, CO and Monique McDonald.

Memorials may be given to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or LeClaire Fire Association.
