It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilbur C. Morrison of Council Bluffs, Iowa, who passed away on December 23, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Butch and Bonnie. He is survived by: his stepson Eric Phillips; and his children, Bonnie (Jamie) and Chuck (Shawna). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and many beloved cousins and friends.

Memorials are suggested to the Bartlett Community Church.
