It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia R. (Neumann) Brenneman of Council Bluffs, Iowa, who passed away on December 18, 2023, at the age of 104, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Neumann Sr. and Pearl M. Neumann (Fedewa); and her son-in-law G. Larry Larsen. She is survived by: her significant other Robert H. "Bob" Brenneman; and her son-in-law Dennis O'Toole (Ann) of Council Bluffs. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and scores of friends.
