She is survived by: her mother Charlotte Holck (Zuroske); her husband John Jedlicka; her sons, John Jedlicka (Bridget), Nick Jedlicka (Penny) and Doug Jedlicka; her grandchildren, Kailey Rochholz, Charlotte Jedlicka, Addison Jedlicka and Noah Jedlicka; and her sisters, Kathy Forman (Larry), Charlene Shirley, Diane Wieker (Gary) and Michelle Kroll. She is also survived by nephews; nieces; many extended family and friends.
