He was predeceased by: his mother Mamie; and his siblings, Gary Lee, James Jay and Janelle Kay. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Carlsen Isenhour; his children, Angel Kay, Thomas Kay (Jennifer), Robert Kay (Angelica) and David Kay (Anna); his stepchildren, Amy Clark (Doug) and Jeff Isenhour (Lindsey); and his pets, Sami, Buddy and Jellybean. He is also survived by 17 Grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
