He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Caruso and Charlene Caruso (Quigley). He is survived by: his sons, Steven Caruso (Christina), David Caruso (Becca) and Michael S. Caruso; his grandchildren, Addison, Emerson, Sophia, Michael and Sarah; his wife Susan; and his siblings, Linda Shepherd (Larry), Colleen Rolfe (Randy) of Council Bluffs and Mickey Caruso (Janice) of Monmouth, Maine. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
