She is survived by: her children, Threasa Lewis (Ralph), Laura Ranney (Wade) and Michael R. Massie; her grandchildren, Tasha Lewis, Monica Gould (Tyler), Matthew Sanjurjo, Thomas Massie, Tiffany Massie, Dane Ranney and Ella Ranney; and her siblings, John Kozak Jr., Maria Kozak, Wes Kozak and Michael Kozak. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
