She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Harris and Dorothy Harris (Doitch); and her husband Franklin "Frank" LeBaugh. She is survived by: her children, Donna Salak (Darryl) and Gary LeBaugh; her siblings, Barbara Exley, Jeff Harris (Judy), Jacqueline Johnston and Shelly Weatherill; her grandsons, Alexander Salak and Wyatt Salak (Makenzie); and her great grandchildren, Waylon Salak and Dynver Salak. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
