He is survived by: his mother Judy Cooley (Williams); his wife Kyoko Cooley; his children, Joseph Cooley and Josephine Cooley of Council Bluffs; his siblings, Cheryl Cooley of Omaha, Diane Cooley of Omaha, William Cooley (Lori) of Bellevue, NE, Liz Cooley (Kevin) of Omaha, Troy Cooley (Amy) of Omaha and Adam Cooley (Jariya); his uncle Stafford James Cooley; and his aunt Ruth Malone. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
