She is survived by: her children, David Fisher, Shawn Fisher (Brandy), Angel Fisher, Chris Fisher (Jen), Nicholas Franks and April Franks; and her siblings, Candace Rowland, Russell Blackman Jr. (Janet), Melody Gunderson, Tammy Ruggles (Darren), Toni Jensen (Frank) and Terri Blackman. She is also survived by grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and cousins.
