He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Chadwick and Effie Chadwick; and his wife Charlene Williams. He is survived by: his sons, Steven Chadwick (Melissa) and Jeffrey Chadwick (Karen); his grandsons, Ryan and Dylan; his great grandchild Jason; his nephew James Kinkennon (Sue); and his niece Sheri Moffitt.
