He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Saathoff and Dixie Saathoff (Knoth); his son Jordan Saathoff; his granddaughter Nadine Saathoff; his brother Phillip Saathoff; and his stepsister Penny Ann Saathoff.
He is survived by: his wife Karla Saathoff; his children, Janelle Tierney (Pat), Rachel Johnston (Patrick), Michelle Lynch (Mark), Dara Latner (Michael), Ashley Saathoff and Lindsey Zavala (Xavier); and his siblings, Donald Saathoff (Mary), Ronald Saathoff, Robert "Bob" Saathoff, Perry Saathoff (Genia) and Gholeen "Suzanne" Wittwer (Wallace "Rick"). He is also survived by several grandchildren; 1 great-grandson.
