He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Kissel and Betty Kissel (Ulmer); and his sister Carol Diane Benedict. He is survived by: his wife Elisabeth; his children, Angela Wier, Patricia Wier, Michael Wier and Timothy Betten (Chelsey); and his siblings, Connie Surber-Kissel, Christina Kissel and Isaac Kissel.
