She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Carlson and Hope Carlson (Kilts); her stepfather Morris Bates; her husband Larry "Peeley" Peterson; her daughter Debra; her brother Joel Carlson; and her siblings-in-law, Karen Carlson and Jerry Green.
She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Peterson and Michelle Peterson; her grandchildren, Amber Peterson, Trenton Peterson (Marissa), Levisit Scott II and Tori Peterson; her great grandchild Mia Peterson; and her sister Cynthia Green. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
