He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Franke and Betty Franke (Pippitt); his brother Keith Franke; and his former wife Sandra Franke. He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Spencer; his grandchildren, Lindsie Spencer and Tanner Spencer; his siblings, Kevin Franke, Judy Ferrell, Becky Stander and Brenda Mefferd; and his cousin Connie Peters. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
