He was predeceased by: his wife Laura Caulder; his daughter Lori Bolte; and his brother Bobby Sims. He is survived by: his children, Cristina Mitchell (Rob), Scott Thomas (Rhonda), Dawn Martin (Chris), Crystal Edison (Evan), Kevin West, Brian West and Randy Glaubius; his girlfriend Vickie Glaubius; and his siblings, Steven Sims (Rose), Donald Sims (Ellen), Cindy Sims Roberts and Debbie Sims.
