He is survived by: his daughter Tracie Cook; his grandchildren, Kelsey Cook and Justis Frieze; his great grandchildren, Gracie Cook, Hailey Wilkinson, Harlee Wilkinson, Austin Wilkinson and Nova Wilkinson; and his siblings, Jeff Cook, Dan Cook (Anne Leners), Julie Petry (Troy) and Tony Cook. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
