She was predeceased by: her husband Frank, Sr.; her children, Erin Looker-Collins and Robert Collins; her grandchild Caitin Mouw; and her siblings, Charles Wilderman and Judy Hofstad.
She is survived by: her children, Frank Collins, Jr., Scott Collins and Amy Brundrett (Jim); her grandchildren, Amanda Branscum, Abbi Brundrett, Bailey Brundrett, Adam Mouw, Ben Mouw and Matt Mouw; her nephew Jeremy Hofstad; and also Braedyn Hofstad.
She kept a list of the charities she would donate to, including the Salvation Army, American Cancer Society, Red Cross, St. Jude, Open Door Mission, March of Dimes, Food Bank, and many more.
