It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jackie Jo Hargis (Council Bluffs, Iowa), who passed away on January 20, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean P. Schuler and Alda Ruth Schuler (McKinley); and her sister Judy Bevins. She is survived by: her husband Robert S. Hargis of Council Bluffs, IA; her daughter Cheryl A. Andersen (Brian) of Council Bluffs; her granddaughter Jamie L. Gum (Alex) of Council Bluffs; and her brothers, Phalen G. Schuler and Milo Schuler. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to Hope-Net Ministries, Salem United Methodist Church, or Midlands Humane Society.
