She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry V. Straka and Ione Straka; and her siblings, John Straka, Hank Straka, Gretchen Moscato, Kate Kelley and Mark Straka.
She is survived by: her husband Terry Perkins of Council Bluffs; her children, Erin Walsh, Kelly Watson (Mark), Shannon Perkins and Tyler Perkins (Nicole); her grandchildren, Hannah Perkins, Alaina Watson, Jameson Bennett, Justice Perkins, Delilah Bennett, Lilith Perkins and Ephraim Bennett; and her siblings, Mary Drakeford, Anne Mescher (Tom), Barbara Schartow (Mark) and Jim Straka (Marcie). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials may be made to a Breast Cancer Foundation or to the Alzheimer's Association.
