He is survived by: his children, Michael Hoover (Sherri), Jeffrey Hoover (Melinda), Gary Hoover and Jennifer Wildasin; and his siblings, Ken Hoover (Ruth) and Hilda Hoover. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren.
