It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Helen H. Rothe of Council Bluffs, Iowa, born in Otis, Colorado, who passed away on February 13, 2023, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father George Selders; her husband Elmer Rothe; her daughter Jean Kaplinger; and her granddaughters, Debbi Saldivar and Tammi Swanson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry Swanger of Council Bluffs, Karen Rothe of Falls City and Denise Glock (Ted) of Rising City, Nebraska; and her grandchildren, Jayme Coonce, Tracie Falknor, Ellen Glock, Jordanna Knott and Marshall Glock. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Interment Cedar Lawn Cemetery with a lunch following at New Horizon Presbyterian Church, 30 Valley View Dr. The family will direct memorial contributions.
