It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gloria M. Barrett of Council Bluffs, Iowa, who passed away on February 1, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence King and Florence King (Wilson); her husband Ronald Barrett; and her siblings, Linda Kermeen, Clarence, Roger and Kenneth King.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Kermeen of Council Bluffs, Christy Montgomery (Randall) of Jefferson City, MO, Vicky Kermeen of Council Bluffs and Janice Heistand-Jack (James) of Springfield, MO; and her brothers, Dennis King (Delores) of Malvern, IA, Bruce King (Alisha) of Ketchikan, AK and Robert King (Pam) of Council Bluffs. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
