Gloria Johnson Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gloria Johnson (Council Bluffs, Iowa), who passed away on January 23, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Christensen and Laveta Christensen Sr. (Snipes); her husband Verlyn Johnson Sr.; her son Verlyn Johnson Jr.; and her siblings, Virginia Bergman, Fred Christensen Jr. and Don Christensen.

She is survived by: her son Terry Johnson (Kim); her brother Ray Christensen; her grandchildren, Catherine Perich (Lee), Luke Johnson (Lindsi) and Levi Christensen; her great grandchildren, Brady, Coltin, McKenzie, Delanie and Jax; her extended family Bart Hansen; and also Noah. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Shriner's Hospital for Children.
