He was predeceased by: his parents, John Knight and Gertrude Knight (Hineman); his wife Connie Knight; his daughters, Wilma Schmeckpeper, Lori Hardisty and Lisa Hardisty; and his siblings, Linda Price, Warren Knight and Albert Knight.

He is survived by: his children, Steven Knight, Vicki Knight and David Knight; his grandchildren, Tarrah, Lacey, Jamie, Holly, Shannon, Misty, Kody, Aleigh, Dustin, Ryan, Kolby and Ella; and his sister June Olsufka. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
